Having been established in 1946, historic Clark's is not only a landmark; it is the oldest business in Santee. It is Santee's Favorite Place for Food & Spirits. A truly exceptional dining experience, Clark's offers guests three beautifully furnished dining rooms including working fireplaces and a cozy atmosphere! After a long day of golf, fishing or traveling, it is hard to resist a cocktail in our English-style Pub, followed by a delicious southern meal!
Clark's is proud to announce the opening of our new Gift Shop, Charlotte's Room (Gifts & Things). Located in the restaurant, this shop invites you to browse for special gifts showcasing a little slice of Santee. Please be sure to stop by!
In addition to our memorable in-house dining, Clark's Inn and Restaurant provides an ideal place to host many functions including, but not limited to: golf banquets, weddings, receptions, birthday parties, cookouts, family reunions, and corporate or business meetings. We have two hospitality rooms available for meetings and parties - the Old Santee Room and the Club Room. Our restaurant also has two beautifully appointed rooms available for your private events.
Bring your Southern Appetite! Clark's Restaurant offers a variety of menu items to please even the most discerning of tastes. Not only do we serve wonderful fare at breakfast, lunch and dinner, but we can accommodate groups, parties, meetings or banquets.

Breakfast
- Start with our Homemade Country Breakfast: Sugar Cured Bacon, Smoked Sausage, Country Ham, Southern Style Grits, Home-Fried Potatoes with Onions, Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits with Sausage Gravy and Eggs cooked just like "you like".
- Our Ham and Cheese Omelets are famous and we have the Best Pancakes and French Toast you have tasted. Try our Old Fashioned Oatmeal or sample some Fried Green Tomatoes with Chutney.
Lunch
- Homemade Soups Daily include Lobster Bisque, Tomato Herb, Beef Barley, Chicken Noodle to name a few.
- Wonderful Sandwiches include Smoked Turkey Delight, Clark's Triple Decker Club, Homemade Chicken or Tuna Salad Croissant, Club Royal and Clark's Classic Burgers!
- Super Salads including our Honey-Glazed Grilled Chicken Salad (You'll come back for this!), delicious Shrimp Salad, Taco Salad, Blue Cheese Cranberry Salad and Mandarin Orange Pecan Salad.

- Lunch Buffet is offered every Monday through Friday and includes our Famous Fried Chicken, Southern Casseroles and Pastas, plenty of Vegetables, a loaded Salad Bar, our Homemade Soup and Homemade Desserts!
Dinner
- Start with a "make your own appetizer platter" of Fried Oysters, Catfish Filets, Fried Green Tomatoes, Buffalo Wings or try our wonderful "Million Dollar Bread".
- The Best Seafood and local Catfish, Filet of Flounder, Gulf Stream Shrimp and Scallops, Blackened Tuna, Honey Glazed Grilled Salmon, Fried Oysters, Tilapia and Grouper.
- Our Steaks are the finest! All Angus!
- Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Filet Mignon, Deluxe Rib-Eyes, and New York Strips chosen for flavor, tenderness and quality.
- Clark's Famous Baked Chicken and Southern Fried Chicken are a must!
- Our Seafood Pasta is outstanding or you can eat a light vegetarian pasta or one of our wonderful stir fries.
Our Entrees are served with one of our homemade soups, Caesar Salad or Garden Salad, choice of Potato or Clark's Original Savory Rice and Fresh Vegetables or our delicious Homemade Vegetable Casseroles (you will want the recipes!). Desserts include Clark's Famous Apple Crisp, Hot Fudge Sundaes, Homemade Pecan Pie, Cheesecakes, Old Fashioned Banana Splits and Milkshakes.
For your special occasion, we have wonderful Dinner Party, Luncheon, Courtyard Cookout, and Cocktail Party menus. We will be happy to customize a menu for any event.
